partnerships results random?

Most experienced coaches, agency owners, and online service providers have a partnership strategy.

Maybe this is you, too.

You know you should pitch podcast hosts and summit organizers.

Somewhere, you’ve got a pitch template. You’ve done a collaboration or two. And you know the mechanism works.

And yet...

the results are random.

Some months you pitch. Some months you don't.

Some collaborations you follow up on.

And some you forget.

If I asked you which partnerships generated the most clients, you’d stare at me…

...computing…

...data is...

...

somewhere.

That's a strategy. It's not an engine.

A strategy lives in your head.

Whereas an engine lives in software.

When the strategy is in your head, it competes with every other priority in your day. But when it's in a system, it runs regardless.

I ran partnerships opportunistically for 9+ years. Good results, random timing, zero compounding.

Then I ran them systematically for 90 days. Same 2-3 hours a week.

Results:

  • 39% list growth
  • 227% revenue increase.

Same strategy I'd always had, but wildly different infrastructure.

I wrote a post that breaks down exactly what the difference looks like — and why it's bigger than you might think.

You're amazing,

If you already know partnerships work for you but you're frustrated by how inconsistent the results are — that gap between strategy and engine is probably the reason. The post explains what fills it.

And Cambium is the infrastructure that fills it for real.

It’s a partnership CRM software and training system.

On Sunday, I'm opening it to just 18 spots.
